The Challenge
As an innovative new startup operating in the travel & hospitality segment, BestPark wanted to ensure they had the best digital capabilities. The platform supports multiple use cases such as direct consumer sales, an automated visitor experience and in-depth business reporting. After a careful evaluation of the off-the-shelf solutions in the market BestPark decided it was wise to go custom and develop both the business and the supporting systems from scratch.
The Solution
We designed and developed a cloud-based travel platform using AWS (Serverless, S3, RDS) with a React front-end. The booking engine on the website is mobile-friendly and intuitive to use, leveraging our past experience in designing booking engines to ensure conversions and sales of ancillary products and services.
The system is able to grow along with the business and is endlessly scalable containing features such as park management, slot management and dynamic pricing. It is fully integrated into the automated gate system, their accounting system and advanced reporting tools.
