Fruitbox is Finland’s biggest and oldest B2B subscription service that provides fresh fruit regularly to your office. Fruitbox is a well known brand with a regular user base and its business has been growing at a steady pace of 20% per year.
When our co-operation began Fruitbox had a website but no ecommerce capabilities. Customers were placing orders either via email or phone and managing orders and subscriptions was done manually. Customers wanting to alter their subscription needed to contact customer service to make any changes, causing Fruitbox to spend a lot of time in managing orders while sales volumes were constantly growing.
We conceptualised, designed, and developed a fresh new custom subscription service for Fruitbox called MyFruitbox. The renewed subscription service is integrated with their ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and allows customers to manage their own subscriptions and redeem collected loyalty points. We gave special attention to making sure the new system not only delighted customers but also enhances sales through smart upsell and cross-sell mechanisms.
The MyFruitbox solution was built in React and runs smoothly in AWS.
After the launch both sales and customer satisfaction were significantly improved. Time spent on manual processes was minimized almost to zero. Customer service could focus on developing customer relationships and scaling up the business.
