The Kaalimato.com mobile shopping experience needed improvement and GDPR compliance took a new step towards privacy. The customer experience was being held back by both the sub optimised mobile experience and implementation of cookie management. We started by analysing customer behaviour based on their analytics and built dashboards to gauge site performance, user acquisition and sales funnels. Based on the insights gleaned we redesigned the mobile UX to boost the already impressive sales and conversion rate substantially.
